Karl Schaphorst has been a sales professional for over twenty years. He graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering and from there, was hired by Trane. He moved to Omaha to begin his career as an account manager selling HVAC solutions to contractors, engineers, and building owners. It is here where Karl wetted his appetite in sales. He served as account executive, sales manager, and general sales manager during his twenty year career at Trane. He became familiar with the Sandler Sales System while serving as general sales manager and for five years installed, trained and coached his direct reports on the Sandler Selling System. Karl is now Executive Vice-President, Sandler Training. He has had real world experience using Sandler and has a firm belief that the Sandler System produces results.
Karl has compiled a book based on the Sandler System.
